The time frame for completing your home will depend on several aspects including planning, location, approvals, materials etc. However, we can guarantee that with all this considered your custom home will be completed within a maximum of six months.
Our clients will receive a WhatsApp link (or another preferred communication tool) upon beginning their build with Gavan Construction. We use WhatsApp so our clients can stay in contact with their project manager and master builder during the progress of their home and receive regular updates.
We proudly offer a complimentary maintenance and repairs service for the first three months for our clients who have built with Gavan Construction. If the home we built for you has any issues, our team will be there to assist you free of charge. We will also arrange a tradesperson for any ongoing additions you may want for your home in the future, answering all enquiries within 24hrs. Our aim is to always achieve the best value and service.
